evga 680i and 4x1gb

is it able to run it .. im coming from a dfi expert which couldnt im pretty sure ..

im just toying with the idea of maybe picking up another 2gb of the ram i got later this month maybe

The expert could run 4 x 1GB no problem. Running at 1T is another issue entirely however. I'm sure that it'll be able to run 4x1GB, but I don't know at what timings.
