I have read not very well what others writed but you might check if the Socket 370 u have is pp-ga (old Celeron) or Fc-pga (Celly II).
There are some pins different and u need also a different v-core etc.
If the problem would be this one you can easily modify your mobo as I did according to Tomshardware guide.
