I don't think any will do 1.8ghz without serious cooling,voltage.
The ayhja-y is supposed to be the best stepping.
Try www.pcnut.com he sells some cpu's by stepping.

The 1.33 is not the chip that I would be buying if I expected 1.8. I think you will be disappointed.

I've heard that the best TBird stepping is the AHYJAR-Y.... AthlonOC said that the max they reached with one of those was 1700 something...
