Which is the best to overclock?

i have an athlon xp 1500+(1.33ghz) AGKGA Y running at 1.55ghz:burn:
i have also been hearing good things about the K steping

My K stepping AGKGA 1700 is running a real 1627 at the moment, thats locked using only the multiplier, and i dont think my ram will let me go any higher <the mushkin HP rev2 starts "losing" a bank <ie i get 192 meg instead of 256 for some reason>
