Question Ati Tv Wonder 650

I have a friend that is interested in this product, Does anyone know if it is compatible with a Dish Tv Receiver? I tried to do some research and had no luck, I have cable and I am using the Hauppauge PVR 150.

If you want to capture from analog outputs on your receiver then it should work fine...it's just going to degrade the picture a bit. If you're wondering if it does native HD capture from your satellite, then no, it won't. The 650 is typically for connecting directly to cable or via STB as an analog PVR, or by using an antenna for ATSC (OTA) HDTV capture.

For satellite capture, you're going to want to look into DVB(-S) cards.
