p4800e wont boot after power surge?!

So I have an p4800e and after a power surge the computer went off. No biggie So i go to turn it back on and nothing. All the other electronics that went to that surge protector worked but not the computer?! So I replaced the PSU, and no dice. I unseated the cpu, ram, and vcard, and nothing. The mobo has the green glowing light like it should work but nothing.

And the power switch is still connected.

Help please!
