View Full Version : MBM Question!
Just trying to configure my temps in MBM5. When running Sandra 2001 it says my board temp is 22.8C, CPU is 27.6C, Power is 41.4C. Under MBM5 it says Primary is 22C, case is 26C, and CPU is 40C. Which do I use?
Just use an average of the two numbers. The point is that there is always some measurement error and each program interprets the readings differently too. Since the reported temps are so close for MBM and Sandra, you can use either. Best way to figure out what the real temp is, is to stick an actual probe in there.
just don.t trust that
you can find it in your probe manual

when yo check yur temp in sandra, scroll down all the way in the cpu screen and see if it says "Compensation Added for external temp" if you have an AMD then Snadra is correct, if you have an INtel then MBM5 is correct...
