I'm new to oc, and i just wonder how can i oc my 640mb pc-133?
if i do, will the performance very noticeable?

By upping the front side bus.
Yes, there will be a performance increase if you remain stable.

When you up the FSB you increase the bandwidth to the Ram, which is always good. As long as it is stable you will be seeing a performance gain.

it's not really ocing but by setting the cas 2, doing 4 way interleave, and changing the ram timings it'll also make a big boost to your sys

When you overclock your cpu, you are effectively overclocking the mem, and everything else on the board....setting to cas2(in your bios) will really add oomph to the sys, and 4 way interleave like "notHisTechiness" said will also add to the boards overall performance, but a lot of boards don't have this feature.
Mine does not have 4way interleave, but if it did, I would have it setup that way.
