BF2142: Show FPS command?

Is there a command in console for Battlefield 2142 to show the current fps of the game?

I personally can't stand having FRAPS display my FPS...usually right in the way of sometime.

Yes that works, so what is the second #, it shows 96.2/10.3. 96 is the fps what is the 10.3?
