How are you cooling the CPU? and what's your Vcore set at?

VxD errors are usually related to the videosystem switching into full graphical mode during windows startup. Did you try running with AGP 1x instead of 2x? If I run my BE6-II @132FSB with AGP 2x I get irregular 3D movement and errors/lockups eventually. With AGP 1x everything runs smooth and I can use (right now 64MB) aperture memory without probs.
Your using 2/3 AGP Divider right? Because I doubt your card will take anyting over 110fsb.
And try using 2x AGP or 1x.
Thanks for the help so far everyone! p3 450 ; I have my v core at 2.0 at 558mhz(124) but when I tried 600mhz(133) I went to 2.05 and 2.10. MY cpu works fine at 1.9v at 558 also. I have a voodoo 5 64mb and a abit be 6 board. I tried agp 1x mode as suggested and I got a "Invalid system disk" strange, and kind of scary. when I went back to 558(124fsb 1/4) everything was fine again. My cooling is a stock fan and heat sink, with extra case fans that keep the case temp at 37C and the cpu is 51C at full load (ut). The be 6 's maneuverable cpu thermometer allowed me to put the thermometer right in the heat sink. I have a udma 66 20gb HD, should I set the drive to 33 instead of 66? any other help? I need to get to 600 mhz at 133(1/4), or I will ..........
Try keeping this under one thread...
