But what kind of things should (hope) a 1333 strap do, for a chip like the E6600, Im game to give it a shot if it may help me get the 31mhz I need or make it more stable for less volts. Or should it let me OC my ram with a divider when running 400fsb other than what I can do all ready.

not really sure but if you got a e63/64 the 1333 strap is suppose to help with getting higher clocks. since the 1333 strap lossen timings to the chipset up a bit. i would expect the board to be able to do 500mhz with a e63/64 chip. alot of e66's get topped out long before the board will. i think your pretty much set just run it as is.
