I am buying one of these cards, which one would you choose based on the criteria.

1) Asus EAX1950XTXCROSSFIRE/HP/512M ATI Radeon X1950 Crossfire Edition 512MB GDDR4 PCI-Express Graphic Card

2) ATI® Radeon™ X1950 Crossfire™ - Radeon™ X1950 Crossfire™ VPU w/512Mb GDDR4 PCI Express x16

Which is better? with regards to driver support etc. The ASUS version offers a 3 year warranty, and the ATI offers only 1 year, so based on this I'd go with the ASUS, but I want the card to have good driver support, the ASUS has a huge 200+mb driver, for xp-64, which I don't have, and that is all that shows...for the ATI the driver package is about 30+mb, I don't really get it.

Anyway, anyone who has these cards please let me know why you chose one over the other....thanks.

The actual cards are made in the same location, if ASUS offers better 3D party support then the choice seems pretty easy to me. ATI builds the drivers, all ASUS is doing is adding to them or modifying them slightly. They are probably including some Beta X64/Vista drivers as well as a utility on thier software disk. You can get basically the same thing from ATI if you add up all the software/driver components ASUS is including.
