Where r the Boot Up Files in Win XP? Like format, fdisk etc.. so I can make a BIOS upgrading Boot up CD!

As far as I've seen, there aren't! I used a 98 bootable CD (you can also use a boot diskette) to be able to flash the BIOS on my Epox board which is running WinXP.

Just boot up with the diskette, go to the a: prompt, slap in your diskette containing AWD Flash, and your BIOS .bin file and you should be golden.
