I originally intended to get an E6600, but after getting a slight budget cut, and reading, i decided the E6400 will be able to clock about just as well and run at a cooler tempature.
Anyways i was wondering if anybody had any recommendations or thoughts about the final system:

I plan to take some IDE Hard drives out of my old computer and use them temporarily in this system until i get enough money to buy 2 320 SATAs and run them in matrix. Im also going to take an Optical drive out of my old computer.

Thanks,

Awesome components. The only thing I'd change is the PSU. That one you picked has four +12v rails rated at 18 amps each. I prefer single rail units with lots of amps, like the OCZ Powerstream 520w (36a/+12v). If you really want an awesome PSU for about the same price as the GameXstream, look at the PC & Cooling Silencer 610w (49a/+12v).

Thanks for the advice, do you know any modular power supplies that would also only have one rail unit, im thinking of getting a modular instead because its cleaner/easier to work with. about 600W-700W should work.

Btw i made some changes and ended up with the same price due to rebates ill send in. Now going to get an E6600, and the Asus P5B-D w/WiFi, so i wont need to use this really WiFi card i have.
