it was the modem that was at fault apparentley as i just got it together to take the internal modem and put on this Diamond supramax 56k external usb one i picked up at a car boot sale for nothing as i bought some subwoofers and satellite tweeters for £5 and one of the seperate amps was xxxxed ,(car boot RMA)
i dont like usb as its known to be a system sucker but it looks ok in a see through blue plastic case and more importantly i aint getting the Msgsrv32 error anymore....thanks to all who assisted.:burn:
