Just wait for the next update, I'm sure it will show. (Unless you haven't uploaded anything within the given time limit, but don't worry about that just yet. Wait and see the stats in a couple of hours)

It has to complete at least one protein with your username/ID#/team# before giving credit for anything. Some of these proteins take a very long time(read-more than one day) to complete. The stats are also updated every three hours. I don't know if there is a delay in the stats for the first time that you run the client but it's possible.
