Ok so im annoyed and am just goiong to erase my Hard Drive on my laptop and install windows from scratch.
Dell supplied me with a Green CD that says its windows XP pro OEM.
However I dont trust that it doesnt have dell crap on it.
So I have a copy of a Windows pro OEM cd my friend made me, Should the CD key dell supplied me work with this or only with the dell branded windows CD.
It doesnt realy bother me if I have to install the dell cd but would perfer to install a non dell copy i just want to know if the CD keys are compatible so I dont waste time.
