ASUS P5B-E 1.02G or ASUS P5B-Deluxe
8800GTS or 8800GTX
C2D 6400
OCZ 700W GXS
Lian-Li PC 60B+II
Raptor 150GB
Seagate 320GB 7200 16mb cache

I want to overclock, but not going to attempt at reaching the highest values seen on the web. I would say I'd like to achieve about 400FSB or a bit higher and OC my CPU to about 3.0GB or a bit higher.

That being said, what RAM should I get?

budget wise I was looking at the Corsair XMS2 PC 6400C4 800MHZ $312CND
but I heard the PC 6400PRO is much better OC'er. It is also more than a $100
than the C4.

Your thoughts for my expectations?

Pepi, I have a similiar setup as what you are looking at. I decided on the TWIN2X2048-6400PRO , I actually got it at Frys for a bargain - $239, retails normally at over $300, http://shop2.outpost.com/product/4776319?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

I overclocked my E6400 on an Abit AB9 mobo to 3.4 GHz yesterday with memory running quite stable at 939 MHz at 2.0 V
