I've been OC'ing my E6400 to 3.4 with 2 GB Corsiar XMS2 PC2-6400 RAM at 5-5-5-12 (939 MHZ) at 1.9 V with no problems, runs fine with Orthos etc for hours. As soon as I change the RAM timings to 4-4-4-12 and 2.1 V my PC refuse to post, I cleared the CMOS and tried several times, no luck.
Any advice?

Technically, your memory is rated at 5,5,5,15 timings at 1.9v and at 800mhz. So, I would not expect it to run lower timings while OCed to 939mhz. You can safely use up to 2.1v with that memory if you want to try it.

Great, thanks yellobeard
I have PC6400Pro running at 2.10V at 4-4-4-12. But I had to put a 80mm fan on it . I have version 1.3 which uses "a" version of Micron.
