I'm trying to overclock my Visiontek GeForce2 MX 400 64mb card with Powerstrip 3.10. It shows my defaults frequencies as 200 core 166 memory ,but I tried to take it to 200/185 and it seems it's not overclocking at all.I have no performance improvement and the gpu it's not running hotter either, nothing happens... What could be wrong?
any clues???

I've tried PowerStrip, it overclocked the card, but it decreased performance by one third !

Que mierda !!!

i have the same video card and ive found riva tuner to be the best tweak program for it.
i find it makes a big difference.

u have to run the benchmark with the higher frequencies applied otherwise you wont get any difference for the results. in the case of powerstrip u gotta increase the frequencies and run the benchmark with the powerstrip enabled in the background. if you restart the computer and powerstrip not to run the frequencies will be the default ones.
also, there r a few video cards that not overclock well. no matter if you increase the frequencies, performance wont change as much.
