ASUS P5B: New BIOS Adds Unlocking multi?

Has anyone tried this and is it true? You can unlock down with other mobos. Is this what they are talking about?

The X6800 "EE" (Extreme Expensive) CPU is unlocked. Just as Athlon FX CPUs are. All others are locked without a way to unlock.

Yeah, you can unlock downward on the regular processors or the whole range with the Extreme series.

This bios supposedly enables you to be able to unlock upward if you get a lucky chip. I was wondering if anyone got one of these lucky CPUs with this new bios.
