From 12V to 7V what's the resulting RPM?

I've dropped my YS-Tech 120mm fan from 12V to 7V in a bid to cut down on the noise. It was rated at 3000RPM/135CFM, what would be the new RPM/CFM at 7V?

i heard that it was 58% (7/12) of the original so 135*.583333=78.....around 80 cfm....not bad for the noise...

I assumed it might be that, but you never know until you know :)

The noise has decreased substantially but my temperatures are pretty much the same.
