please help identify memory

I know what the label says but is this proprietary memory?
I was told it came out of a Dell computer. Have trouble getting it to
work on some motherboards.

It is made by micron ddr2 pc3200 3-3-3 timings

The pins are painted over a little (IE too short for alot of new dimm sockets), people have been using them in motherboards that don't like them by not locking them down and leaving them up out of the socket ~1/16th of an inch.

That is the larger die Micion D9/"fatbody", they respond well to high Vdimm and active cooling.
I can't make out the writing on the IC's however to know exactly wich one it is.
