Need help...

I need to invest in a new case and power supply. I dont have that much money to drop, and was wondering what would be the best case to get, as well as what hsf and case fans to get, and whether the case comes with any of these things. I think I am going to get the Shuttle Ak31 ver-3.1. I think I can spend around $100 for the whole rig.

wow, a new case, psu, hsf, and case fans for under $100? Either some quality of the components or some more money will have to be sacrificed.:(
