Codec Pack that doesn't install 10 programs?

It's played every single thing I've thrown at it, even DVDs. It has 2 different media players, I always choose to install the windows media player classic. It's really simple to use and it's fast and it's just awesome. You can also download the insurgent, which cleans all the old codecs off of your system.

I like VLC... I forget the link, but you can get skins for it any make it look really cool... you can get the portable version here- www.portableapps.com

k-lite codec pack.
and for my player i use winamp

VLC plays everything, including DVDs. It's also lightweight, cross-platform, and open source. I've yet to find anything better for video.
