Can I force Norton Client Security to install firewall on 2K3 @ workstation?

I am using a Win2K3 as a workstation because it works better with some speciality software I'm using for my job. But one problem I have is that I would like to have Norton Client Security running fully, and I can't get it to install the firewall part. Annoying as heck! It checks the operating system version and decides that it won't install the firewall part because it may interfere with the server functionality (that I don't use). I would think that I could edit the MSI file with Orca (like I have to do with many games to install on 2K3), but I can't find out where to do it. It's not in the usual place for that kind of stuff. Can anybody give me any pointers, please?
