I wouldn't count on it. The Crucial is probably the best buy there. Comes down to 265 once you apply the code.

The GeIL is D9.. IMHO and a little cheaper then the Crutial.
plan on benching or E6300 shopping its a good buy.

Wow, great deals, thanks alot roYal. Their page doesn't seem completely accurate on the deals tho. The Geil is 289.99 after the $20 MIR, but the Crucial price is wrong. It starts at 325.99 not 315.99, and THEN you take off the $60 for a total of 265.99. If they're both D9 chips wouldn't you be better off going with the Crucial and saving the $24 + no MIR?

$265 for DDR2-1000 is pretty damn good, unfortunately I just ordered memory yesterday.

D9GKX is the preimum Micron (binned higher then D9GMH by Micron)
The GeIL is DDR2-1066 btw not DDR2-1000
Crucial uses only D9GMH in there ballisticks line regardless of SPD so far (I'm not sure why)

IDK.. there is a slim chance of getting D9GKX's so its a jugement call on the buyer's part as to wich deal to go with.

BTW.. Garenteed D9GKX sticks are generaly more expensive then this by a good margin.. Cheapest go for $370ish
and something like Corsair 64000C3's are pretty much collectors items now (going price for them new was $560 a set and they sold out within a month or two) SPD'd for cas3 makes them a little better then other D9GKX for benchers and the fact they were binned by Corsair helps the value quite a bit as well.
