I dual boot windows and linux, can i set both folding progs to use the same data?

You should be able to. The folding program, at least the simple dos version runs under wine.

You can use that in your /mnt/windows. I would use the -local switch as well just to be safe.

The graphical folder works, but the second time I bring up the display it locks up.
