SpeedFan won't work on AB9 Pro?

I have an AB9 Pro with a Xeon 3050 and I get this with SpeedFan...

Only thing that SpeedFan shows is the Core's Loads - other than that it's blank...

It WAS working and now it's not...

Any advice?
