WhiteWater Waterblock + 775 Compatibility

Ok, I have this waterblock, and basically I am wanting to confirm that it will fit a socket 775 CPU (to be exact, a C2D). I'm going to be building a new system soon, and don't want to be all giddy and happy, going to put it all together, only to find out that my waterblock doesn't fit.

WW's bases tend to be to long to fit on S775 properly. Mine wouldn't work on a P5wd2 which has essentially the same laout around the socket as most current Asus Intel boards and most Intel boards in general. I have seen people do things like step the base and move the mounting over to overcome this but I havent seen WWs fit without modding generally.
