Hi,
I´ve had the system in my Sig running for about 2 years without any complications. Recently I´ve bought 1 Gig of "Team Xtreem DDR550 (1024M550H C25DC)", since it perfectly seemed to fit into my old setup. I hoped to just add the Ram to run together with my old 512MB of OCZ @250FSB and 2,5-4-3-5.
Setup:
1. Team Xtreem
2. OCZ
both @ 250, 2,5-4-3-5
But it caused my system to be unstable and cause bluescreens every 30min with pagefaults in nonpaged area etc. I removed the OCZ from the system an clocked the Team memory down to 3-4-4-8.
The bluescreens stoped, but still the system doesn´t feel stable (had one bluescreen in 2 days and programs crashing).

Now, since my system ran like a charm in the old setup, I´m not really familliar with "recent" memory. Can anybody give me some informations about the Team Xtreem DDR550 2,5CL?

If I remember it right the old OCZ use Hynix D5, which were totaly unaffected by increased Voltage (at least in my case); 2.7-3.2 made no difference timingwise.
Now, since my mainboard is VDimm-modded, i wondered if the Team memory may run better with more VDimm?
I ask you this, because i´ve completly forgotten how the mod works (resistance -> VDimm) and dont want to endanger my Mobo for nothing.

The stock timings are 2,5-4-3-7. But right now, it doesnt run stable tighter than 3-4-4-8.

Do you mean 2-3-3-5 by 2T?

Well if the ram isnt stable @ its stock timmigns dont you think you should rma it vs overvolting it ?

I meant is it stable @ stock with 2t command rate
