Corsair XMS2 DDR2-675 (PC5400) Compatability

Hi,

I want to get the memory stated in the title, but will it work on a motherboard which is said to support ddr2-667?

But it doesn't have to be this exact board. Just wondering if a ddr2-675 will work on a ddr2-667 board. Just weird because I know PC2-5400 is the model for both 675 and 667
