Leadtek GeForce3 Ti500

How far is this card overclocking on average??? I've got one sitting under the Christmas Tree right now. Don't think I'll make it 23 more days!!!

When everyone is asleep go on a covert mission and take your Video Card out of your machine, carefully open the box that has the Leadtek Ti500 and swap it with your old card, dont forget to get a glue stick to reseal the box.

On X-Mas morning open the present and act all surprised and enlightened, even though the card in the box is your old card :)

Parents usually dont know a geforce from a Voodoo or whatever you have currently/

ps Leadteks have always overclocked great for me and Im sure you will enjoy it.

the only drawback to the leadteks in my opinion is the stock cooling really sucks on them, but if you're really an avid overclocker/tweaker, you'll be changing that right away anyhow.

Actually the heatsinks on Leadtek cards GF2 Ultra and Up are rather decent heatsinks, its the fans that are pathetic as is the memory heatspreaders, being flat with no fins.

The Leadtek GF3 TD has changed thier heatsink and one piece now covers the GPU and the memory but the fan still stinks

Do not take Silversinksam's advice. Things like that usually catch up to you and your parents will know one day. Even if they don't, it'll be in your conscience and will bug you for the rest of your life. Plus Santa would know what a bad boy you are and won't give you what you ask for again.
