gold cups on hwbot

If I have gold cups on hwbot does that mean I'm the best score for my hardware? Someone took my silver cup for pcMark04 so I have to get it back now or get the gold one I think. And is there anything I can do to improve my pcmark scores? I read the sticky but nothing has helped so far and my damn p5wd2 won't do over 270 fsb so I'm kinda stuck there :bang head

Yes, gold cups mean you have the best result for your hardware.

A 'global' gold cup means you have the best overall.
