I need to attach ram sinks to my vid card memory. I am going to use TT RAM sinks. What should I use to attach them? Thermal Adhesive or Thermal tape? Also I am scared of shorting stuff out on my vid card, so should I use silicone goop or ASII on my new gpu cooler (crystal orb)? Would epoxy from radio shack work?

For the Ram sinks I'd go withthe thermal tape. The cooler for the GPU I'd use ASII with a dab of ASII epoxy on the corners to hold it in place.

I do not agree. Please read my latest thread, 'Arctic Alumina Review', then buy some Arctic Alumina Adhesive. Dont worry about the pins, its non conductive.

What is the difference between frag tape and thermal tape? BTW is the bonding strength of thermal tape as weak as scotch tape?

Im not aware, but for your whole Graphics Card, use Arctic Alumina.

Frag tape is a fancy name for thermal tape, and it sucks for transfer. If you want to transfer heat don't stick a huge lump of tape in the heatpath, use AS2 or alumina epoxy and goop in a 1:1 mix.
