Vista & Win32 Apps

Haven't taken the time to research much about vista or its features, but the main question I have, is will it be able to run all or close to all win32 apps and games?

Short answer is yes, on the 32bit version. Some applications, security ones in particular, might need to be updated or upgraded. But I haven't seen any major problems (have run into a few applications with some issues though).
