Changing From Intel To Athlon Xp

next week i get my xp 1600+.right now i have a celery 900@1138 (124X9.0)
i have winxp.my questions is when i install my k7v dragon+ and my xp 1600+ due i have to reformat and reinstall ?

my rig will be:

xp 1600.... hopefully will o/c to 1700mhz

I think you'll have to reinstall to take the full advantage of the CPU & because u changed the mobo, u don't have to reinstall but it would be advisable...
