It took a new PSU, watercooling and a new waterblock design but i finaly got my1.4 to 1.6GHz(10*160):D  :burn: My new design on my waterblock is what helped me the most, though. Instead of just having the water do a single pass through a aluminum water block i have the water doing 4 passes through a copper block!:p The block worked so well that i had to find a new way of getting rid of the heat from the water. So i now use evaporation cooling.(tub with a 16" house fan)

you may want to raise your voltage some if you wana see anything past 1.55, but first i would get a better cooler.

let me point out a majior difference here. You used a Palmino core which is designed to put out less heat and use less voltage. I on the other hand used a thunderbird core, which is a flame thrower plugged into a 120V outlet! (little exaduration). with that core you should be hitting closer to 1.8GHz.

i can hit 166FSB but then NFS5 startes to freeze, everything else is stable though. But i like NFS5 so i stuck with 160FSB
nice oc :) i have a athlon xp 1500+(1.33ghz) at 1.6ghz 10*160 i love my memory scores with this fsb :burn:
My recently unlocke XP1600+ boots @1600 (12x133) at stock volts with air cooling and runs nicely. It also boots @1610 (11.5x140) and runs very well. A few days of running Seti for burn in and I'll try more.
