So addicting, yet simple.

I got like 300 points my first try and 1400 the second try.

finished it as well...nowhere near the tops folks on the leaderboard either....
trick is to start out with just turrets (no air or arrows) that are well positioned to catch everything in nice interlocking fields of fire, then when you get your first wood, choose fire upgrade & sell all the turrets and replace with 3/4 fire towers....
after thats just always choose 'interest' rather than other technology, build a nice array of fire (spread out, dont clump as sometimes not all splash damage registers properly) and upgrade as many towers as possible to lvl3 (300 dmg).

I got to level 34 (the one labeled "Damn Hard") but couldn't complete it. My score was over 3000 when I got there though.

i dunno why my score was so low, i saw ppl that beat 39 and had like 174,000 points. crazy. i guess im just eekin by, haha

The way to do it is just get to the Rocket turrets and just start placing those like crazy.

The backside is definately the way to defend, I wasn't able to beat lvl 38 but I think I could have done it if I hadn't made some mistakes earlier. Fun game overall though.

Its fairly easy to beat the game, but its much harder to do it with a very high score. I top out about 4k, apparently the trick is the interest rate and lots of towers instead of a few powerful ones.

I think the key is combining many of the combo towers with a few slow towers and fire towers for massive splash and direct damage. Don't "defend" the back center everything so your white circle ranges maximize the amount of trail the monsters can travel on, that will maximize thier damage.
My second run I got close to 8k on lvl 39....they just kept streaming in on lvl 39.

thats end of level 39 with no upgrades bought except interest. All the towers are fully upgraded regular cannons, and underneath the visible cannons are an extra row of overlapped cannons (so for every 2 vertical blocks there are 3 cannons). For the air attack levels simply buy air turrets, upgrade for that level and then sell them straight after ;)

I'm pretty sure there is some kind of cheating going on with the high scores because there are scores well over 1 million points.

the games creator has said that cos its a flash based game theres little he can do to stop people from cheating - hes acknowledged that around 100k is possible with planning, but all the huge high scores are people memory hacking :(
I friggin hate it when people cheat....in a flash game FFS!!!!!!

The combo towers are the greatest...and it's easy to use em to survive and not let anything through...but when going for a high score you need to invest in interest.

i used only combo turrets, and a few water towers to slow em down. everything max upgraded.

My friend still fights me about it. But I still think the best place for towers in the vertical right side of the map. Because each creep will probably pass the tower twice, giving you the highest efficiency for killing stuff.

Also since I have a higher score than him, I've concluded I'm right! :beer:

nothing but cannon turrets, and the occasianal arrow turrets to beat the flying creeps. i only invested in intrest, thats the key to high scores...

I died on level 37 trying to be greedy... I had over 4000 gold and was trying to capitilize on interest, LOL I was then going to buy a whole bunch of Land-Fire-Earth towers and upgrade them all...
Read the guide...um never mind, these guys are doing this with 250,000 gold... Obviously the point is to get the most gold I guess... I just wanna wail on the monesters using cool stuff, haha.
