here's what i'm looking for
epox 8kha+
xp 1600
256 mg ddr
need a place to find all these things instead of ordering one from here and one from there. i've found some low prices on each but i'd like to get them all from one place. any ideas? i've never ordered much online so i don't know which places are reliable and cheap!!
i've found these prices
8kha+ $100 + $9 s&h @ pcdynamic.com
xp 1600 $113 + $6.95 s&h @ thompsons computer warehouse
256 mg crucial pc2100 $45 + $6 s&h $ arena computers inc.
=$279.95
the cheapest i could find getting them all in one place was
$300 after shipping @ newegg.com, i guess that's a pretty good deal if it's worth the 20 bucks not to have to order from 3 different places. but if anyone could drop me a url that maybe a little cheaper and known to be reliable i'd appreciate it.:D

New egg is the best place to buy computer hardware..

They dont have outrageous freakin shippin prices

Like many other site's, they wanted like 10 dollars for 3 day shipping on a dragonorb 3, i was about to take a damn **** in my pants.

There not many site's that offer you decent shipping rates.

****, they make more money on shipping then they do on the ITEM!

Newegg's shipping is goog. They are a good vendor and the shipping is very reasonable the more items you add to your cart.

The two most reliabe online vendors I've used so far have been Newegg and Mwave. I bought my mobo there as a combo with a tbird 850 and 256 megs of ram from mwave a little after the K7VTA-B was released and got it all for ~250. One tip, don't buy ram in a combo unless you KNOW what kind they are giving you! I didn't know any better at the time and got some so-so cl3 ram... my own fault hehe.
IMHO get the Mobo+CPU from newegg or mwave; whoever has the best price and just get some good-ole crucial. You can usually find a promo and get the ram shipping-free :)
