question about temperature on my x1900xtx

well here's what happened, i was playing bf2 and the fan on my accelero x2 stopped working. i played for about 1H30 and i think my fan stopped working for 1h. the core temperature went up to 117 degree celcius (243 fahrenheit). i just put the stock fan back on. what should i do to test if i messed it up or not?

download ati tray tools or ati tools, make sure its at stock speeds, and run the artifact scanner. if it runs for a while wihout picking anything up, its fine.
