Help, programs locking up internet!

Everytime I exit a game of Condition Zero I can not return to any servers. I can view all servers and refresh them but when i try to connect the ping jumps from normal to ~1015. This applies to everything. Upon exiting condition zero I can not use fire fox or even ping google for a few minutes. I tried forwarding all the CZ ports and even added a second eithernet connection and bridged them, still to no avail. what am I doing wrong?
