A need to know

I just purchased the following....
Athlon 64 3700+ ADA3700DKA5CF CCBWE 0549TPMW
DFI LanParty UT nF4-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard
I already have a brand new Antec 400W psu and was trying to get away without purchasing a brand new one. I am running a XFX 7800GS w/passive cooling. Am I SOL or can I live with this PSU for a while?
I won't be builiding my rig until I know.

yeah, I'd say that PSU should be fine for what you have. Just make note of your voltages on idle and load.
