??How to get more dividers??

hi to all, I got interested in overclocking about two weeks ago and started to overclock my P4 Northwood 2.4Ghz.
Now I'm stuck @ 3.0 Ghz because my memory won't allow me to oc any further and also because I'm quite busy with exams and stuff :(
I was thinking of changing the divider, but i can only choose 1:1 or 4:5....
Help!
Does anybody know how to get more dividers??
