Well i upgraded my memory on this laptop from 512mb ----> 1024mb. First thing that made me cringe is that in my BIOS my physical memory was said to be around 600 something. I noticed that my video card memory went up to 256mb. on top of that my overall laptop performance hasnt changed much at all. Is there something i need to change in my BIOS? ive never had a vid card before that shared memory before, and under default setting this sucks lol. can i get some help?

Somewhere in the BIOS should be a option to change the maximum amount of shared memory for the video card.

Set this down to 32 or 64 MB (depending on your usage).

i have it at 128mb. i just want this damn thing to run World of Warcraft smoothly. Will this happen if i go down to 64mb?
