i just put my computer together and everything is working beautifully... exept the sound card. I have a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 running on Win2k and when windows loads up, it freezes. When i go to task manager the CPU usage is at 100%. I dont know what the hell is wrong, so i went to device manager in safe mode and turned off the card. Now everything is working fine but the sound card isnt working. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
