View Full Version : Will an ALPHA FC-PAL35 Fit on an Athlon XP?
I am asking this only because I have an Alpha 8045 that will go on it when my project is finished but while I am working on unlocking the XP I may have to take on and off the heatsink maybe a few times before I get it right. As any of you with the ALPHA 8045 may or may not know its not the easiest thing to take on and off quickly. Searching through my closet I found an older Alpha FC-PAL30 that I used on a FC-PGA P3 700. Now that is much easier to get on and off. At first glance the socket on my Asus CUSL2 and my Epox 8KHA+ seem to be around the same size. Will the Alpha FC-PAL35 fit on the XP when I start this little project?
Thanks if anyone knows
