Almost all motherboards have adjustable multiplier settings, you have to in order to allow the use of different CPUs. Lots of motherboards do not have adjustable FSB or voltage (only overclocking friendly motherboards have these features).

so the only realistic option to change the fsb at all would be with maybe.......softcpu?

If there is no way to physically change the FSB, then softFSB is the last resort. But, even that don't work on many of the non-adjustable motherboards. Sorry.

Or you could try CPUFSB, it's the only overclocking program that worked for me on my non-overclockable HP (no FSB settings on the mobo, or CV).

Just do a general internet search for it..in I.E. just hit the search button, and search that way...I have several search engines that I use, but MSN search usualy does it for me
