Which MB: Skt 775, AGP & DDR400 ???

Help please...

I just finished researching & building a new C2D system, but I'm outta touch with last generation boards. I've got the following hardware that I want to extract a little more life out of:


Kingston HYPER X 1GB PC3200 400MHz 2x512MB
Antec TrueBlue 480w
AIW 8500DV - 2x/4x AGP


Looks like the Pentium D 805 for @ $90 is a great deal. Now I just need a mobo. Sounds like the P5P800SE is a good choice, but no one seems to have them.

Any idea which available mobo will fit the need???

asus p5p800, non se version. 865pe chipset. you will probably find them on ebay only these days, that's where I got mine.

well i would suggest the ECS board with agp/ddr/ddr2 based on the via chipset. you can get a max oc of 300mhz fsb. fry's has a deal on a e4300/ecs board i speak of for $149.
