Do the ACTIVE heatspreaders work or not?

Will it damamge the mem no matter how cool it is @ this amount of voltage?

Right now I'm running mine at 3.3 volts. I have no ative cooling for it and I never have I've been using it now for 4 months.

I have mine cooled with heat spreaders, but I honestly don't think it made a big difference. Although the anodized blue, does look very cool;)
